About the Role

This is an exciting time for the Noarlunga Family Relationship Centre and a great opportunity for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing Family Dispute Resolution This role is responsible for:

  • Case Management -  including screening, risk assessment, intake and referral
  • Mediation for Parenting and Property matters
  • Group Work
  • Negotiate effectively

About You

You will have demonstrated experience in providing mediation as well as:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences or Law
  • Either current registration with the Attorney General's Department (AGD) as an FDRP or willingness to undertake the qualification
  • experience to sensitively engage with families and complex issues
  • competent interpersonal skills, administrative skills and data reporting

The Salary range will be dependent on experience and/or qualifications.
