The Role
If successful, as well as being a part of a respected team within our Home and Community Aged Care sector, you will be delivering services to help our aged care community to enjoy a lifestyle of individual choice. You will be offering assistance in the everyday tasks that may be unachievable without assistance, which could include but not limited to;
- Delivering domestic services
- Planning and preparation of meals
- Personal care including showering and assisting with personal hygiene
- Social support and transport
- Helping us create better support plans for our customers’ needs
What will you bring to Uniting Communities?
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support ( Preferred)
- Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills
- Drivers licence
- Your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience as Care Worker in Aged Care would be highly regarded

About the Remuneration
