We are looking for highly compassionate Care Workers to work within Home and Community Aged Care who are committed to supporting older people to continue living in their community and at

home. You will be a part of a respected team responsible for:

  • delivering domestic services
  • planning and preparation of meals
  • personal care including showering and assisting with personal hygiene
  • social support and transport


All of these services are delivered while promoting individual choice, wellness and re-ablement and we rely on you to help identify any changes in needs or behaviours that will help us create better support plans for our customers.

What will you bring to Uniting Communities?

  • certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • drivers licence
  • experience as Care Worker in Aged Care would be highly regarded  
  • excellent communication skills
  • high level of customer service skills
