About The Role

This is an exciting time for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing services that enable our customers to continue living in their homes and the community. This role is responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating a portfolio of HCP customers
  • Ensuring customer needs are identified so that services can be matched with care worker skills and attributes
  • Regularly review and monitor customer targets
  • Laising with the Customer Relationships Team to develop a strong understanding of customer care plans and needs including opportunities for cross referral
  • Continuously seek to identify opportunities to convert leads into customers

About you - the successful applicant will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in the coordination of aged care packages (or related discipline)
  • Professional experience in the delivery of community support services within Aged Care
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong working relationships and a strong ability work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the My Aged Care Portal
  • Strong sales focus
