Uniting Communities is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Quality Officer to assist in supporting and improving systems and processes across the organisation.

About The Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager you will assist with the support of the Quality, Risk, Safety and Audit Management Systems across Uniting Communities.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Conduct process audits and internal reviews;
- Summarise audit findings and recommendations and provide monthly reports;
- Support the maintenance and coordination of controlled documents;
- Scheduling and support of Business Continuity Plans annual reviews;
- Provide assistance to ensure risks are monitored, reviewed and updated;
- Monitor and maintain the Corporate Continuous Improvement Plan;
- Prepare various reports relating to controlled documents, feedback, continuous improvement, incidents, hazards;
- Supporting business units to prepare for and participate in external quality audits;
- Coordinate the schedule of Worksite inspections and support the completion of actions from these inspections; and
- Monitor and maintain the relevance of information within the Standards & Performance Pathways (SPP) Portal.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in the administration and support of quality, WHS and risk management systems;
- Experience in conducting process audits (desirable);
- Understanding of computer programs relevant to data analysis, evaluation and reporting;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi task;
