About the Role
This is an exciting time for Uniting Communities in Mount Gambier and a great opportunity for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals by providing customer service and administrative support at the Wehl Street site. This role is responsible for;
- Providing front line customer service for all enquiries, appointments and referrals
- Completing financial transactions relating to customer service provision
- Producing correspondence and business documents
- Providing administration support to multiple programs
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in providing customer service and administration support as well as:
- Hold or be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Business or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment and to manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in providing customer service and administration support to a diverse range of people.
- Knowledge and application of the MS Office Suite of applications and office devices.
