About the Role

This is an exciting time for Home and Community Aged Care and a great opportunity for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing services that enable our customers to continue living in their homes and the community. This role is responsible to:

  • Manage billing and reimbursements
  • Complete end of month reconciliation and journals
  • Complete monthly reports
  • Resolve internal and external customer queries
  • Provide General Administrative support

About You

You will have demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable in a busy office environment with an ability to manage competing priorities as well as:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong working relationships while working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications, particularly Excel

The Salary range will be dependent on experience and/or qualifications.
