Position Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for 2 experienced Retail Store Managers to join our Goodwill team. This is a 12 month fixed term part time position, working across our Mt Barker and Blackwood stores. We have a total pool of 70 hours per fortnight ideally to be shared between 2 part time positions.

About The Role:

Currently we are changing and growing we are opening 3rd new stores . This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be a part of an inspiring environment. We are looking for a driven individual who thrives in a sales driven environment who can build a solid VIP customer base.


Responsibilities include:

·         Lead with a focus on strong people management

·         Supervise, train and develop store employees and volunteers 

·         Inspire and empower your team to deliver profitable sales 

·         Provide exemplary customer service to all customers

·         Drive store performance and KPI achievement

·         Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures

·         Manage effective control of costs 

·         Maintain a focus on COMMERCIAL ACUMEN

About You:

You will have previous management experience in fast-paced/high volume environment as well as: 

·         Management experience 3+

·         Previous experience in fast-paced/high volume environment

·         You must be results driven

·         Passionate about customer service

·         Caring, confident and hardworking leader

·         Excellent organizational and prioritising skills

·         High visual merchandising standards

·         Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs.
